Upon hearing of my 12 block walk in the cold rain last night here in Portland, one woman remarked “you’re one of us, now!” How apropos.

Great line from a father to his son of about 7 as he rampages around with his younger brother in the PDX gate waiting area: “A.J., don’t act your age.”
